Appointment Reminder
You will receive an appointment reminder along with directions so you can easily find the clinic.

Your Consultation
This is the most important part of the process. During this time, we will discuss your concerns, what you’re hoping to achieve and how you currently look after your skin. I will explain the treatment options, exactly what is involved and clearly explain the risks. We will work together to develop a bespoke treatment plan. As a medical professional I have a responsibility to act in the best interest of my client. If I don’t feel that a treatment is appropriate for you then I will explain this thoroughly.

Time to Reflect
You will have a cooling off period to reflect and consider the information provided so that if you do choose to have treatment with me you will not feel rushed or pressured in any way. The consent form will be sent prior to your treatment so you have time to read through it. We will go through this information again when we meet to ensure you understand everything and there will be time for you to ask any questions.

Your Treatment
Your comfort is of the utmost importance. Everyone’s skin and face is unique and each treatment will differ depending on the bespoke plan we have agreed. All clients will be provided with detailed aftercare advice.

Follow-up appointment and aftercare
After your treatment we will book your follow-up appointment. This will enable us to review the treatment together and I can answer any questions you might have. In the unlikely event that you have a post-treatment complication or concern, you can contact me via email or phone.
